Sometimes we forget that we are all just spirits having an experience .. we all face challenges everyday, we all get frightened we all mess up we all have good times and what we perceive as negative ones.
There’s also a huge expansive side to everything when you focus on spirit where it’s all ok and everything is perfect .. when you are phased pull yourself out to view the earth as a spirit and feel how it’s all just a marvel and a miracle ….focus on the beauty and the love all around you and you’ll see it …..
