I am always inspired and motivated by seeing people who are in their 80′.s and 90’s who do things that the general population think they can’t do. Who says you can’t be fit and vibrant at any age. If you keep your body fit and healthy you can do anything age is just a number and mines going backwards I still dance Zumba why shouldn’t I . Go out and do something you thought you couldn’t do the only persons permission you need is your own !
